I attended an excellent anniversary party at the Texas Motor Speedway a couple years ago. I think catering is included when you use their facility. If you're just looking for food, you might try Macaroni Grill. They did a lot of corporate functions for my former employer and were always a hit.

Is there a particular type of food you prefer.

I've gone to two different parties recently... and they both did two different things... one was to have it catered by Eatzi's ... FANTASTIC spread! The other was catered by a local mexican food restaurant... had rice/beans/chips/queso... fajitas... enchiladas... tortilla soup..guacamole.. it was so good!
