Looking for a Good VBAC Midwife, or O.B.

I used Yolanda Visser for both my kids. She is a lay midwife meaning she is not affiliated w/ any of the hospitals. She has good relationships w/ many of them however :) I had both my kids at home and had a wonderful experience both times. She has had a lot of clients who have been in your situation of going from a c-section to vbac. Here is her number if you want more info. ###-###-####

PS Both my kids were late and my daughter turned at the last minute and came out posterior (face up) and all still went well.

I had VBAC with my second child. I called every where in Holland and no OB would take me. Except one. John Schloff of Macatawa Family Medicine, PC. He is located 1061 South Washington ###-###-####. He was awesome. He knew how determined I was to have my second child natural and he just let me do it. It was amazing!! I hope that helps.

I used Yolanda Visser of Birth Song Midwifery. Yolanda was so wonderful, I wouldn't have changed anything of how my daughter was born, we had her at home, it was amazing, absolutely amazing. Yolanda was just great, she knows everything it seems like, very calm and reassuring, but very confident in her abilities, she should be as she has been doing this for a long time!!!

I would giver her a call and set up an appt. to talk with her, that is what we did, and after that decided to go with her!

I was in your same boat, I found Dr.Judith Hiemenga she is now at the new womens health building downtown the phone number is ###-###-####. She was soo supportive of trying for a vbac,My baby had other plans though so after being way overdue I decided to do a planned c-section.
