Just for Fun: What Is Price of of Gas Where You Live?

$2.93 regular, about 40 miles NE of Houston. $3.05 for Plus, which is what I get. $3.35 for diesel, which is what DH uses.

***side note- I remember when I was in college 12 years ago an we all freaked when the price reached $1! I also remember when I bought my diesel truck I used to drive 8 years ago, one of the selling points to me was that diesel was cheaper! I used to spend around $30 to fill it up. By the time I got rid of it 2 years ago, I was spending $70 plus to fill it up!

Went by three gas stations this morning posting $2.89 between Schertz and Universal City, Texas (just outside of San Antonio)

Just about 10 minutes ago in Austin, Texas saw it for $2.85! I just made a comment to my husband that was a great price..

$3.19 in south Minneapolis area. I think I am getting rooked. The weather here sucks!

right now at the Exxon down the road, it's $2.79! Also, they really dont kid when they say everything's bigger in TX, so you'll get more than what you pay for! :)

$3.49 in NYC, but go around the corner and you'll get another price. Just to add some perspective, in Italy last year it was almost $9.00 a gallon!!!! 15 yrs ago it was $5.00 a gallon there. We still got it better than Europe.

$3.25 in Minnesota. Just for fun.......lattes run for about $34.00 per gallon......if we would purchase them so. :)

It's $3.69 here for regular unleaded.

Last I heard, we are second only to Hawaii in high gas prices.

I have to use premium in my car it's $3.23/gal here in New Braunfels, Tx just north of san Antonio. I think regular is around $2.95 here. I remember when I was in high school back in the late nineties and gas was less than a dollar a gallon. If you have kids be sure to come to New Braunfels and go to Schlitterbahn and Landa Park.

I'm in CT and our prices are the same as yours. I've seen anywhere from 3.34-3.54

Ranges between 3.20 & 3.93 for Plus... I don't even look at premium these days.

There's also no excuse for it. We're at a pipeline stop and have a refinery... gas trucks fill UP here, to go drive several hundred miles and charge less for it. :P

$3.55 in Pleasanton, CA yesterday afternoon.

$3.09-$3.15 in the Twin Cities right now.

I live in So Cal and it's $3.45...but it's for supreme, which is the only thing I can put in my car.

$3.15 per gallon (regular) in northern NH when I filled up this morning :(

Missouri 2.99 per gallon.

$3.12 in Tampa Bay, FL

Surprise Az (NW of Phoenix) it's $3.04~$3.11 per gal.

$3.09 in central Illinois

The last time I filled up I paid 2.89 that's in Orem, Utah.

I live in NJ and its pretty cheap here compared to other places. Its $2.89 (if you pay with cash) $2.99 with a card.

Pittsburgh, PA $3.19/gal.

Chicago--$3.49 a gallon I paid today

3.10 per gallon for regular at BJ's Wholesale in Palm Beach County

2.97 here in TX.. Im sure we will cross that 3.00 mark soon :(

In Central Ohio, it's $2.89. I shop at a local grocery store that rewards points for amount of money spent. Because we are a family of 6, I spend a lot in groceries. I can get $.50 off a fill-up, four times a month. So, I paid $2.39, yesterday, when I filled the tank!

Wow that's crazy! We are at $3.05 here (Raleigh, NC). Sometimes it is as cheap as $2.99, but that's been a week or so.

Currently in SA, avg. price is $2.94/gallon

I'm in San Antonio. (a few miles north of it, but basically SA).

Expensive gas is 2.99/gal. as of today Feb 20.
HEB (the local grocery store) where I live out in the country is 2.89. So I bet in town (San Antonio) is about 2.85 or so.

$3.44. I always thought Alaska was high, but after looking over the list looks like we are average.

Wow. Now I feel bad complaining this morning because ours is $3.14. >.<

Just filled up last night... Kansas City area is $2.98 for regular unleaded.

Suburb of Chicago $3.39. I just read it will be up to $5 a gallon by summer!!!!I hope not!!!!!!!!!!

It's $3.35 here (suburbs of Chicago). Ugh.

here in georgetown which is just north of austin its 2.93 a gallon at wal-mart and that tends to be the cheapest in town

Not sure what it is today, LOL. But when I got gas a few days ago it was $2.97.

Northern CA and it's the same as you, today it was $3.60. Too much!

In the lower hudson valley NY it's $3.31 a gallon but in Sussex NJ it's $2.99. We live near the border of NJ so we go there for gas. Saves alot of money. Especially in our cars with hugh tanks. Plus we do other shopping while we are there so we are not just going for gas.

3.85 some places here on Oahu, cheapest is 3.65
