Hi, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good durable diaper bag. I have a newborn and 2.5 yr old twins and the ones i had from the twins are all worn out (and have holes). My only requirement is that it has a place to hold a bottle. Thanks!

Hi R.,

I loved the baby bags from Lands End. They are functional, durable, and they don't look like the traditional "baby" bag. My husband never minded carrying it :-)

here's your laugh for the day. I found great diaper bag at Walmart. All black, unmarked, lined with pockets. Bottle pouches at both ends.

Here's the funny - my babies are 17 & 20! I wanted a bag that will hold my water bottles (I drink a lot) upright.

** I removed the changing pad. lol

I have been using the Columbia diaper bag from Babies R Us for 15months now and love it. It has lots of pockets for organizing everything and has 2 spots for bottles (1 is insulated). It has snaps to attach it to a stroller, which is very convenient. It's not huge (I didn't want anything too big and heavy), but has been the perfect size for my 2 babies.
Good luck. A good diaper bag is important. Go to the store and really check out the size of lots of them. It's hard to tell from pictures online how big they really are and how much they'll hold.

Hi, I got the SkipHop Diaper Bag for my baby shower and am still using it with my 2 1/2 year old boy. I let my husband pick the color since I wanted him to also feel comfortable using it :-) They look really "cool" (like messenger bags) and are very well designed: lots of pockets for all your baby needs. I don't think you can put holes through the fabric even if you tried! One thing I like about it a lot is that you can detach the shoulder strap real quick and snap the bag onto your stroller with extra provided shorter loops on the bag. That works even with an umbrella stroller with two separate handles.
Good luck!

I made the mistake of buying a beautiful and very expensive (thank God it was a gift) Vera Bradley diaper bag. It seemed great when I looked at it, but I'll be honest- not enough "pockets"... just one open space, should bag hurts after 20 minutes and there isn't an insulated bottle holder.

Needless to say, I just ordered the Eddie Bauer back-pack style for my sister (due with twins in August) and wish I had gone with a more functional bag like this one!

I absolutely love my Storksak Gigi diaper bag. Yes, it was pricey, but it is so durable and it was important for me to have a bag that doesn't look all babyish. When I first got it while I was pregnant, I thought it was a huge bag. Now, I think it's the perfect size and I'm glad it's so large. It has three large compartments and pouches/pockets in each section. The price was totally worth it since it still looks brand new and I plan on using it for my future children also.
