Dr Nancy Ference

Dr. Ference and Dr. Guzman delivered my son last August. I loved both doctors (unplanned c-section) had a great experience, great recovery. Most of my prenatal was done by Dr. Bijoil (spelling?) and she is AWESOME.

I have to admit, that i will not go back to Goodman & Partridge though. I am very displeased with the staff (not doctors). You go for 9 months and they never so much as have a smile for you when you come for an appt. I never felt welcomed at all. Plus i usually had to wait an upwards of 45 minutes to see the docs(i went to the chandler office). I am also still dealing with billing issues from 11 months ago - very frustrating.

Just one persons opinion.....

I delivered at Scottsdale Shea Hospital. Dr. Kwatra was my OB, and she let me labor in the hot tub, even after my water broke. There was no offer of water delivery, but a jetted tub was nice. The only problem was that they had problems with the hot water, and I was freezing and had to get out. The jets felt good while it lasted though! Good luck!

I highly reccommend Dr. Nancy Ference, she delivered my baby girl and I give her nothing but praise. I prefer the Gilbert office, because it is close to home. I was a high risk pregnancy as well, I am 40. I delivered at Mercy Gilbert and my experience was wonderful. I would like to have one more child and I would do it all the same.

I like Dr. John Jones (Pedatrician) he is with Gilbert Pediatrics.

I used Janice Bovee, who is a nurse midwife working with Dr. Kells. Janice was amazing. She was completely supportive of my hypnobirthing, so I am sure she would support a water birth. You can do water birth at Chandler Regional. We love Gateway Pediatrics for our pediatrician.

I used the same OB's for my 3rd child. Dr. Partridge was the one who delivered. We were out of the Chandler office. I enjoyed all of them.

As for a Pediatrician, I use Dr. Mark Gentile. He's in Gilbert and I really like him. He's not a lot of fluff to him. He gives you the answers and is very straight forward. I appreciate that in a doctor. I don't want the fluff, I want the answers to my questions without the beat about the bush. His entire staff is very helpful. They have a seperate entrance for the sick and well babies which is appreciated. I have used them now for 2 1/2 years and all three of my boys 10,7 and 2 go there. My favorite doctor so far and even though I live in Ahwatukee its worth the drive to see him.
