Just go to the page you want it to be, up above click on tools, then internet opions, then under homepage, click on the one yu want it to be or type it in if its not there and click apply. Exit out of that screen and may have to click on the home sign and you should be set. Hope Ive helped!

Hi S.,
Are you using internet explorer?
Choose "tools" from the browser tool bar. From the tools dropdown choose "internet options". When that window opens you should see a "general" tab that has a section labeled "home page". Type the name of the page you want for your home page there and apply the changes.

I would run a virus scan though...viruses often are the culprit behind unexplained home page changes.

On the General tap you will see the first section is titled Hope Page. Change www.msn.com in there to Freeze.com or what ever other page you want as your homepage. I hope this helps.... It is very simple: you go to tools, and then internet options. From there, you can type in the home page that you want (www.msn.com) and that is it. Unfortunatley, I think that you have a virus. Usually when your computer defaults to screens like this, it is because the virus is multiplying (that is what it is meant to do). If you try to change your home page, and it won't let you, you most certainly have a virus. If it does let you, I would still run a virus scan to make sure that everything is ok. If you don't have anything, Norton or McAfee are the best two out there. If you have comcast as your internet provider, they provide McAfee for free. Just call them up and they will walk you through the steps of setting it up.

First you have to know the address of your favorite MSN page. Probably just www.msn.com.....Open Internet explorer, click on tools, click on internet options, then type in the address in the homepage box

Type MSN.com in your browser and search on it. When it comes up, there is an option on the MSN page that says "Make this your home page". Click on it and follow any directions it gives you.

Good morning, S.! I can't tell if anybody has responded to this question, so I'll give my two cents. Just click on Tools, then Internet Options, then in the General tab, type in your default selection and press Apply. Take care!

"somehow" got changed can mean you've got a virus or malware running on your machine.

You need to check that - and get it cleaned up if it exists.

I use Adaware (http://lavasoft.com/) but there are others you can use to find viruses/malware/adware and get rid of it.

It can do more damage than just changing your homepage - it can log your keystrokes, steal your passwords, etc... so please check it out and make sure your machine is "clean".

Go into Internet options and you will see where it has the link for your home page. Just type it in then apply. You can get to internet options through the tools menu bar up top when you are on the net or through the control panel in your start menu.
