Birthday Party Ideas for 3 Yr Old Girl

Chuckie cheese, a bounce place. However, I did my three yr old dora fan' s bday at home and.it rained so we were inside. We did a dora adventure andkids LOVED it! Lots of ideas online, but they went thru tico's tunnel (playtunnel) past the grumpy old troll (dad) to the star mountain ( garage) where we had a pinata with candy and the stars they were supposed to find. We also played musical stars and pin the tail on swiper. At beginning of party i had orange paper bags for boys and purple for girls an they made their rescue packs/ backpacks for their mission. I also made maps and found dora bracelets at party store. Put moraccas in their bags to wake the sleeping bear in front of tunnel. Kids loved it. Have fun!

We have had parties at a paint your own pottery place when both of my kids turned 3. My son turns 5 in the beginning of December too and we are going to a local pizza place where the kids will decorate a chef's hat and apron, prepare their own slice of pizza and do a couple of other games. Papa Murphy's also has mini murph pizzas that you could really do this same idea at home too. My kids have been invited to parties at bounce house places, kindermusic class birthday parties, and Chuck E. Cheese. If she likes art, Michael's craft store does birthday parties too. You could go to Build A Bear in the mall or if there is a Noah's Ark Animal workshop representive available in your area and they will come to your home and put on the party. (www.noahsworkshop.com). They also have a Bella Bee workshop which is like a princess workshop. It's very cute.

Do you have a little gym or Gymboree gym.. We have had parties there and it was really fun

Ask if any of your local nature centers rent party rooms. Around here we have a mini train that has year-round rentals. You can't ride the train in the winter but you can use the themed room.

At our YMCA you can rent a party room for 2 hours and have exclusive use of the bouncer and the playstructure. It is perfect for that age. At that age my boys also went to bowling parties, indoor mini-golf parties and parties at the childrens museum. If you have enough snow you could do an outdoor toboggan party. We have a great heated shelter with a fireplace at the toboggan hill at the park and the kids have been to a few parties there. The kids toboggan and come in for hot chocolate and cake.

we did build a bear when my daughter is 3. Her bday is Nov 8 and here it is always raining or threatening rain. The bummer there is there is no place to do gifts or cake so that has to be figured out but the party was super inexpensive and I loved it! We just had her 5th and did it at chick-fil-a. so fun there to. And that one was 100% all inclusive.

I think if she loves Dora you should totally do it at home and do a fun Dora themed adventure. I loved Jackie's ideas! Dora would be so easy to be creative and move from room to room doing things.

But, if you'd rather do it out somewhere, then I agree a bounce house place is usually good for that age. Gymboree was also a good suggestion. I would keep it active and physical if you can b/c at that age they just need to run around! ;)

Last year, my daughter and her friends made star wands. I cut out stars out of sparkly sticker foam, ordered a bunch of pink wands, and pink and purple ribbon, and they decorated themselves wands. Her friends loved it. I also made little stars to hang from the ribbon. HaloHeaven is a great place to buy great stuff. Maybe do a dress up, imagination party. Cookie decorating, make your own wands and crowns. If you give them activities, and food, they won't care where they are.
