A friend recommended going to a park in Littleton that has a petting zoo and train. I think it was called Bellview Park, but I'm having trouble finding out where it is. Is someone familiar with this park and able to give me directions? We're thinking of doing a small family birthday party there for our soon-to-be 2yo. Thank you!

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Thank you so much!! We finally got recovered from baby #3 enough to do a day at the park. It was wonderful! We chased the cow around to pet and rode the train with complete enjoyment. Thank you for the recommendations. We plan to go back and check out the rest of the park. How did I live so close for 30 years and never know about this? Thank you for your help finding it.

This park is off of Belleview, between Santa Fe and Broadway, on the north side of the road. It's right next to Pirate's Cove, on the east side of it. There is a petting zoo, a train ride and the park which has a fun, slow moving stream through it that kids play in. Have fun!

That is the name of the park. It is on Belleview west of Broadway before you get to Santa Fe. It's right next to Pirate Cove's on the south side of Belleview, down the hill from the parking lot. Here is a map to Pirate's Cove.

It is Belleview Park. The cross streets (for parking) are Inca and Belleview. No sure where you are coming from so I'll give 2 sets of directions.

From Santa Fe & Belleview, go east on Belleview. You'll pass Pirate's Cove (on your left) and head down a hill. Just as you begin to go back up a hill, turn left onto Inca and take the first left into the Parking Lot. Playground is right in front of you and train & zoo are down the hill (there are stairs).

From Broadway & Belleview, go west on Belleview. You'll pass KMART on the left and then head down a hill. Almost to the bottom of the hill is Inca. (The streets are in alphabetical order here so once you pass "H"uron, it's the next street.) Turn right and take the first left into the Parking Lot. Playground is right in front of you and train & zoo are down the hill (there are stairs).

There is also a creek running through the park in which children love to play. Tunnels running along the creek go under Belleview and take you (walking) over to Progress Park which is mostly green ballfields but also has a play area.

That is a great park. And across the street is Cornerstone park (just off Windermere south of Belleview), with a great playground and water fountain for the kids to play in, along with mini-golf. We go to both quite often!

The park is located on Sante Fe and Bellview. It is on the North side of Bellview and there is a huge water park (pirates cove) next to it. The train and petting zoo are ok but to be honest the park equipment is kind of old and a lot of it is metal so it gets VERY hot in the summer. Good luck

Hi K. - We live near Belleview Park and go there frequently. It is on Belleview Ave between Broadway and Santa Fe. It's on the North side of Belleview. Can't miss it. Pirates Cove Swimming Pool is right next to it. The parking lots connect. They do have a train and a petting zoo. Last week when my husband was there with our kids, the train was not running. The sign said it was closed until further notice. We we don't know what happened. But it's a great park. They just redid the playgrounds and shelter and there is a creek that runs through it. People can wade it the creek. Lots of people host b-day parties there. Hope you can find it and check it out! C. M.

Hi! Belleview park is just east of Santa Fe & Belleview. It's right next to Pirate's Cove...The train wasn't running last weekend and they weren't sure when it'd be working again! But it's a wonderful park! My 2 yr old LOOOVED to play in the super shallow creek that runs through the park. And the petting zoo was pretty cool. I know they have pretty good birthday party packages too =)

It is a great park. It is at just east of Santa Fe (Actually east of Windermere) on Belleview. It is right next to Pirate's Cove. Take clothes to get wet becuase the kids love spending time in the streams and they are very kid friendly. They just built a brand new playground on the east side of the park along with a new pavilion.
If coming from I-25 take Belleview west cross Broadway and its about a half mile on the north side of the road. Coming from Sante Fe take it to Belleview you will go under a set of bridges and then through the light at Windermere. It is about a mile from Sante Fe on the north side of the road. Have fun and good luck.

Bellview park is between Broadway and Santa Fe on Bellview. It is right next to Pirates Cove which is a small water park! I'm not sure where you would be coming from but it is very easy to get to from either Broadway or Santa Fe, You can see it from the street. It is a very nice park, there is also a little river in the park that is great to take the kids and walk around to cool off! It's a great place to be when it's hot out side!! Good luck to you

Belleview Park is located on Belleview just east of Windemere. It is actually just east of Pirate's Cove, the water park. There is a petting zoo, a little train, and also a stream that is set up for the kids to play in (I'd recommend water shoes). I think the train may be closed on Monday, but I'm not sure. Hope that this helps!

Go Southbound on Santa Fe, take the Belleview exit, and go left. There will be an entrance to the park after the Pirate's Cove parking lot on the lefthand side.

Belleview Park is a blast! You will LOVE it!
From Santa Fe south bound from Denver: take the Belleview exit, go left. park is on your left, just past Pirates Cove, a fun water park.
From I-25 southbound, take Belleview exit (by I-225)go right (west) towards mountains. Drive several miles, passing University and Broadway. Park is on your right. If you get to Santa Fe, you went too far. You can park at the top of the hill by the playground, or by the airplane by the petting zoo/train.
Bring a towel and sunscreen, and let your kids (and you) wade/play in the stream running through the park. On the east side of the stream is a fun playground (parking). On the west side of the stream is the petting zoo and train (I think $2 each per kid and riding adult per event, so bring some cash). Bring a blanket and some lunches for a fun picnic in the shade of a tree. I have met some mother's there for a great time...Good luck! tell me how it goes!!
