Back Labor or Just Back Pain

I'm 31 weeks. Today my back has been hurting a lot. It's a constant pain. But its not lower kind of in the middle of my back going straight across. I'm also having a lot of indigestion under my right breast. But every time I get a shot of the indigestion pain my ache in the back gets worse. I don't have tightening in my uterus I don't think. But every time she moves it hurts down in my private area. Do you think this is just ache and pains or should I see my doctor in the morning.

What can I do next?

Sounds like the aches and pains of your skeletal system trying to accommodate your growing baby.

Still, give your doctor a call in the morning. You'll be happier KNOWING you're fine after getting checked than reading the guesses of a bunch of (well meaning) strangers on the interwebs!

You really need to call your OB/Gyn.
Doctors are on call.

Go to the doctor. If it's not labor, then go get a pregnancy massage or go see a chiropractor who you trust.

I wouldn't take a chance on this - you do NOT want to end up in real labor at 31 weeks.

Good luck!

When in doubt at any time during a pregnancy, you should always call your doctor. At 31 weeks it can really be anything. Just always remember to stay calm. Labor like pains can occur at any time as you get closer to your due date. Doesn't mean you are in actual labor. Good luck!

I'm wondering if the "indigestion" pain is actually gall bladder pain... you saying the pain is under your right breast makes me think gall bladder. I had problems with my gallbladder during one of my pregnancies, and the pain made me just want to curl up!

I don't remember that much about it, but it went away after my daughter was born. I never had gall bladder problems after that.....

I would call the doctor in the morning, regardless.....

It doesn't sound like back labor since the pain is higher up in your back. Maybe a pulled muscle? I agree you should first check with your doctor, then see a chiropractor who has experience with pregnant women.

I was going to say gall bladder also. With the pain in your chest and middle back pain I would ask your doctor about your gall bladder. I got gall bladder pains really bad with my second child and it definitely hurts your middle back.
