Baby Boy Dream

Hi!! I'm about 9 weeks pregnant and last night I had a dream I had a baby boy (yay!). Not sure how accurate the dream is, but for my first child I dreamt it was a girl constantly, and I had a girl! However, my dream last night was very strange! My baby boy grew at a rapid pace, and at a young age was walking around the house, and all of a sudden he had 4 eyes! What could that mean??? Also, could my dream be accurate in having a baby boy???

What can I do next?

It is a dream, take it how you want it.

Maybe it's a boy, maybe glasses are in the future, maybe he's going to be a mover and shaker, maybe ... maybe ... maybe.

Who knows? I had an early miscarriage in November. I was convinced that baby was a girl, but my husband was convinced it was a boy. I was sad that I would never know. Shortly after the miscarriage, I had a vivid dream that my husband and I were in some type of hospital lobby or corridor lined with poster boards on easels. We walked up to a poster board with our name on it and it had a sheet of paper with a pathology report. The report said: Cause-unknown. Gender-boy baby. I have often wondered if that was a message telling me the gender of the baby, or if it was just my subconscious.

Sorry. All I dreamt about was having a girl, and I had boys...

I had to laugh at 4 eyes. That's what they called kids with glasses when I was growing up!

Congrats on your pregnancy!

If 50/50 odds were the norm, I'd be buying lottery tickets every day.

You have a pretty good chance you will be right this time too.

It doesn't mean anything--I guarantee you won't have a 4 eyed little boy.

Our brains dream some CRAZY things when we're pregnant. I've had both girl and boy dreams, and I have 3 boys, no girls yet. My MIL had girl dreams for all of my first 3, and she thinks her dreams are God speaking to her.

With my first child I dreamt I had a baby rat (yes a rat) but all along I thought she was a girl. I was right.

With my 2nd child, I dreamt he was boy (never a girl) and I was right.

No dreams about the sex of the baby this time around but I FEEL like it is a girl so I'm interested to see if 3rd time is a charm!

I would dream I had a girl, and sometimes a puppy. I got an active little boy! Your dream was 50% right the first time, and you got lucky. You are 50% right this time, as well.

Maybe so, except for the 4 eyes!! When I was pregnant with my first, and wasn't aware of it yet, I started humming in my sleep. Every night. My husband would wake me up, and ask me why I was humming, was I dreaming, etc. I didn't know why. I stopped humming when I had my boy. Then all of a sudden, several months later, I started humming in my sleep. Guess what? I was pregnant again. So maybe your dreams are right, kinda like my humming was, as weird as that was. Congrats on your pregnancy!

I say listen to them about the gender of the baby. When I was preg with my 1st daughter I had dreams of a girl then a boy real close in age, then another boy with some time in between then hints of another girl. My 1st daughter and 1st son are 15 months apart, my next was a boy 6 years later, and July/August last year I was going to get my tubes tied and found out I was preg again and now have another girl. For me my dreams rang true, down to the times in between each kid. Congrats on the new baby.

I have 3 kiddos, 2 boys, 1 girl. I dreamed the correct sex of the all of them before my 20 week ultrasound and then found out for sure. With my first I used to dream there were 3, 4, or even 5 babies in me though, and that must have just been cause he was a big guy!
