Yes.
When we got pregnant (IVF) I felt no different for weeks.
I never had any morning sickness - none - for the whole nine months.
It finally seemed real once I could hear the heart beat.
It's hard not to worry but worry doesn't accomplish anything.
Just relax as much as possible.

HOW did you find out you were pregnant - via a doctor's blood test or a HPT?

You need to go to your doctor and find out what's going on.

Is it POSSIBLE?? Yes. Plenty of women get pregnant and don't know they are. Other women get morning sickness and other symptoms. Each pregnancy is different as is each W.. Go to your doctor. Stressing over this is NOT going to change anything - it might make it worse. This is something you CANNOT control.

Call your doctor's office and ask for a call back. This is something you've been dealing with for a while. They are familiar with your case and can give you whatever info you need.

It's very possible to have no pregnancy symptoms. I had morning sickness with my first, and I remember telling my doctor that I was about 6 weeks pregnant with number to and was feeling just fine! He said that sounds great, but at 6 weeks it was still too early to rule out morning sickness. Yep, just a couple of weeks later the morning sickness began ... and didn't quit until after he was born.

The best thing you can do right now is try to relax. Stressing out never helps any situation and right now stress will be hard on the baby.

Take some nice walks, read a book, go to lunch with a friend. Do things that will help take your mind off the pregnancy. Patience. You have to try to relax and be patient.

I didn't have any symptoms (nausea, fatigue) until I was around 8 weeks along. If I hadn't missed my period and taken a positive pregnancy test I wouldn't have even known I was pregnant.
You're too early to be having symptoms, all you can do is wait and see.

Of course it is possible to not have signs at only 4-5 weeks. That is, however, about the time "morning" sickness set in for me. If I hadn't been one of the miserable ones who was 24/7 sick for the entire pregnancy, I wouldn't have had any symptoms until probably month 4.

If you have ongoing issues (PCOS and infertility) then your doctor is familiar with your history and is your best source of information. Get in touch with your doctor. Stress isn't good for you whether you are pregnant and fine or not. If you don't have an appt set up with your doctor, make one.

When me and my BFF were pregnant at the exact same time (and she has PCOS) she felt GREAT and I was always sick and feeling crappy. She used to complain about it not being fair that I had all of the symptoms of pregnancy. I told her that if I could give her the feeling of nipples on fire I'd gladly do it. Well, she went on to have 3 healthy kids with 3 great pregnancies.

It's early yet, hang in there and try to relax.

4 healthy pregnancies, zero "symptoms".

Some people just don't get nauseous, sensitive to smell, overly tired, tender breasts, etc. I only really start to "feel" pregnant when I start to show.

Try to relax and not over-think this. I hate the saying "it is what it is", so here let's stick with the classic "que sera, sera." Whatever will be, will be.

Sorry you are going through this. Zillions of women have no pregnancy symptoms at all. It means nothing. You just have to wait. I know that's so difficult. I never had any morning sickness, fatigue, breast tenderness or anything else you'd expect.
